At the beginning of 2025, CUTIS had already become the funniest little monkey in the neighborhood. Every single day, he managed to create new surprises that made everyone laugh loudly. No matter where he went, something silly always happened around him.
One bright morning, CUTIS woke up feeling extremely confident. He looked into the mirror, fixed his tiny hair with water, and proudly told himself, “Today, I will become the coolest monkey of 2025!” After saying that, he walked outside with a stylish hat that was much too big for his head.
As CUTIS marched through the yard, he noticed Dad preparing breakfast near the kitchen. Wanting to impress everyone, CUTIS secretly decided to help cook. He grabbed a basket full of eggs and carefully carried it toward the table. However, while trying to walk like a famous movie star, he accidentally stepped on a banana peel.
“WHOOPS!”
CUTIS slipped dramatically into the air while the eggs flew everywhere like fireworks. Some landed in the basket, some landed on the grass, and one even cracked directly on top of his hat! Dad could not stop laughing when he saw CUTIS standing frozen with egg dripping slowly down his face.
But the funny incident did not end there.
Trying to clean himself quickly, CUTIS rushed to the water bucket without paying attention. Suddenly, he bumped into the family dog, who became excited and started chasing him around the yard. CUTIS screamed playfully while running in circles with his slippery shoes. Everyone nearby laughed so hard that even Grandma had tears in her eyes.
Finally, CUTIS became tired and sat quietly beside the tree. He looked messy, covered with egg and water, but he still smiled proudly. “Maybe I am not the coolest monkey,” he admitted shyly, “but I am definitely the funniest!”
Dad patted his head warmly and replied, “That’s why everyone loves you, CUTIS.”
The hilarious accident quickly became the family’s favorite memory of early 2025. Even today, whenever someone mentions eggs or banana peels, everyone immediately remembers CUTIS and bursts into laughter again.
