Early in the morning, baby monkey Zika woke up full of energy when he saw his uncle preparing buckets of duck food outside the house. The moment Zika realized they were going to visit the duck farm, he became incredibly excited and quickly followed his uncle everywhere.
The ducks were already quacking loudly near the pond, waiting impatiently for breakfast. Uncle smiled and handed a small container of food to Zika, wanting to see what the little monkey would do.
To everyone’s surprise, Zika behaved very smartly.
Instead of throwing all the food at once, he carefully grabbed tiny handfuls and scattered them slowly across the ground so every duck could eat together. The ducks happily rushed toward the food while Zika clapped his tiny hands with excitement.
After feeding time, Uncle began cleaning the ducks’ water area. Zika immediately tried to help by carrying a small brush almost bigger than himself. Although he looked funny struggling with the brush, he worked seriously beside Uncle like a tiny helper.
At one point, a few naughty ducks wandered away from the group and headed toward the garden. Seeing this, Zika quickly ran after them while waving his arms gently. The ducks turned around and waddled back toward the pond, making Uncle laugh proudly.
“You’re such a smart little monkey!” Uncle said with a smile.
Hearing the praise, Zika became even more enthusiastic. He carefully refilled the ducks’ water bowls and even tried wiping mud off one small duckling that had fallen near the edge of the pond.
The cutest moment happened when one fluffy duckling followed Zika everywhere he walked. Zika looked shocked at first, then happily sat down beside it and gently patted its tiny head.
For the rest of the morning, the duck farm was filled with laughter, happy quacking sounds, and Zika’s cheerful energy.
When the work was finally finished, Uncle rewarded Zika with fresh fruit and a big hug for helping so much.
Although Zika was still just a baby monkey, he showed everyone that with kindness, patience, and a caring heart, even little helpers can do big things.
