LYLY the little monkey was known throughout the house for her endless imagination and unusual ideas. Every day she seemed to discover a new hobby, a new game, or a new invention that surprised everyone around her. One sunny afternoon, LYLY decided that her ordinary bed was simply too boring for such an adventurous monkey.
While her mother was busy preparing lunch, LYLY quietly gathered pillows, blankets, cardboard boxes, baskets, and even some stuffed animals from around the house. She dragged everything into the corner of her room and began working on what she proudly called her “dream sleeping machine.”
Instead of placing the mattress on the floor like a normal bed, LYLY stacked several cushions on top of a large box and balanced two smaller boxes on each side as “support towers.” She covered the entire structure with colorful blankets to create walls and used clothespins to attach a towel roof above it.
But LYLY wasn’t finished yet.
She added a basket near the pillow section to hold snacks for midnight hunger emergencies. She placed her favorite toys beside the bed as “night guards” and tied a string to a nearby chair so she could pull her blanket closer without getting up.
When her mother finally entered the room, she stopped in complete surprise.
The strange creation looked part castle, part tent, and part spaceship. Pillows were sticking out from every direction, and the entire structure leaned slightly to one side as if it might collapse at any moment.
“LYLY, what exactly is this?” her mother asked.
LYLY proudly climbed onto her invention and smiled.
“It’s my super deluxe monkey hotel bed! It has everything I need!”
Her mother could only shake her head in disbelief while trying not to laugh.
Despite how ridiculous it looked, LYLY fell asleep that night happier than ever, dreaming proudly inside the most unique bed in the world.
