Zika’s mischievous adventures continue in Part 2, and this time his clever prank leads to even more laughter! Curious, playful, and always looking for fun, little monkey Zika decides to sneak into the chicken coop once again. But instead of simply taking an egg, he comes up with a hilarious idea that no one could have expected.
Early in the morning, while the chickens were busy pecking around the yard, Zika quietly tiptoed into the coop. He carefully picked up a fresh chicken egg and looked around to make sure no one was watching. Then, with a cheeky grin, he reached into his tiny basket and pulled out a potato that looked surprisingly similar in size to the egg.
Trying not to giggle, Zika gently placed the potato where the egg had been. “No one will notice,” he whispered to himself before happily carrying the real egg away.
A little while later, Mother Hen returned to her nest. She settled down proudly, but something felt very strange. She looked closely at the “egg” beneath her and tilted her head in confusion. No matter how carefully she examined it, it just didn’t seem right.
Soon, Dad walked by and noticed the puzzled hen. Curious, he picked up the unusual “egg” and burst into laughter when he realized it was actually a potato! Everyone gathered around the coop, wondering who could have played such a funny trick.
Just then, tiny footprints caught Dad’s attention. They led straight toward the garden, where Zika was hiding behind a tree, trying very hard not to laugh. Unfortunately for him, he was still holding the real egg in his hands.
Dad smiled and gently asked, “Zika, do you know anything about this missing egg?”
Realizing he had been caught, Zika lowered his head with an embarrassed smile. He admitted that he had switched the egg with a potato because he thought it would be a funny prank. Instead of getting angry, Dad calmly explained that jokes are only fun when they don’t cause problems for others.
Feeling sorry, Zika immediately returned the egg to Mother Hen and apologized for his silly behavior. The kind hen seemed happy to have her egg back, and peace returned to the chicken coop.
That evening, Zika helped collect eggs properly and even promised to protect the chickens instead of teasing them. Everyone forgave the naughty little monkey, and they all shared a good laugh about the unforgettable potato prank.
