It was a beautiful sunny morning, and little monkey LYLY couldn’t wait to wear her favorite pink dress. Mom smiled warmly and wrapped LYLY in a loving hug.
“My sweet girl,” she said, “I’m much more thankful that you’re safe than worried about a dress. Clothes can be sewn, replaced, or repaired. What matters most is that you were honest enough to tell me the truth.”
Together, they chose colorful thread and carefully stitched the torn dress. Mom even added a cute little flower patch over the rip, making the dress look even more special than before.
When they finished, LYLY smiled proudly. She realized that accidents happen to everyone, but kindness, honesty, and understanding always help heal worried hearts.
