It was a quiet afternoon, and little Monkey Abu had just finished a delicious lunch with his mom. Feeling full and sleepy, Mom stretched out on a soft blanket under a shady tree for a relaxing nap. Abu decided to stay close so he could keep her company while she rested.
At first, everything was peaceful. Birds chirped gently in the trees, and a cool breeze rustled the leaves. Abu tried to be as quiet as possible, playing with a few colorful flowers and tiny pebbles nearby. But after eating a little too much fruit and sweet potatoes, his tummy began to make funny rumbling noises.
Abu looked around nervously and placed both hands on his belly. “Oh no,” he thought, hoping the strange feeling would disappear. He tiptoed a few steps away from Mom, trying not to disturb her peaceful sleep.

Mom sniffed the air once more before noticing Abu’s guilty face. She couldn’t help smiling. “Abu,” she asked with a playful laugh, “was that you?”
Unable to keep the secret any longer, Abu burst into giggles and nodded shyly. Mom started laughing too, and soon they were both laughing so hard that tears filled their eyes. The funny moment turned an ordinary nap into a memory they would never forget.
After the laughter settled, Mom reminded Abu that everyone has silly little accidents sometimes, especially after a big meal. Abu smiled with relief, gave Mom a warm hug, and promised to eat a little more slowly next time.
