It was a busy afternoon at home, and Dad had plenty of work to do. He needed to prepare a delicious potato dish for dinner, but at the same time, the family’s little puppy needed attention. Luckily, Dad had a very clever helper nearby—smart monkey Zika!
Zika watched Dad carefully as he washed the potatoes and prepared the ingredients. His curious eyes followed every movement. When Dad began peeling the potatoes, Zika seemed determined to help.
Dad gave Zika a safe little task. Zika carefully picked up the washed potatoes and placed them into a bowl. He took his job very seriously, carrying each potato one by one. Whenever he successfully put one into the bowl, he looked at Dad proudly.
Soon, Dad started cooking the potatoes. While waiting for them to finish, he noticed that the puppy was wandering around the kitchen looking for attention.
Zika immediately noticed too.
The little puppy came over and sat near Zika. Zika gently watched over his furry friend while Dad continued preparing dinner. When the puppy became distracted and started wandering away, Zika patiently followed him.
Dad smiled when he saw Zika taking his second job so seriously.
Zika stayed close to the puppy and made sure he didn’t get into trouble. He even brought a small toy over and encouraged the puppy to play nearby while Dad cooked.
Every few minutes, Zika checked on Dad and then returned to the puppy. It was almost as if he had decided to become Dad’s assistant and the puppy’s babysitter at the same time!
Eventually, the potatoes were ready. Dad carefully finished preparing the meal and called Zika over to see the delicious result.
Zika looked extremely proud.
Dad thanked him for helping with the potatoes and keeping the puppy company. The puppy also seemed happy, wagging his little tail and staying close to Zika.
After all the work was finished, Dad, Zika, and the puppy enjoyed a peaceful moment together. Zika had spent the afternoon helping with dinner and caring for his little friend.
His cleverness, patience, and caring heart made him the perfect little helper.
It was another wonderful day filled with teamwork, delicious food, and plenty of adorable moments. Zika proved that even a tiny monkey can make a big difference when he puts his heart into helping Dad and caring for a friend! 🐒🥔🐶❤️
