One bright afternoon, CUTIS was sitting near the window watching people pass by the small neighborhood shop. Every now and then, someone would walk out holding colorful snack bags and sweet treats. CUTIS’ eyes followed every single one of them with growing excitement.
He already knew exactly what he wanted.
His favorite snack—crispy banana chips covered with a little bit of sweet sugar. Just thinking about it made him clap his tiny hands with excitement. Without wasting another second, CUTIS ran straight to Mom, who was busy organizing some fruit in the kitchen.
He gently tugged on her shirt and made his cutest face.
“Mom… snack?” CUTIS seemed to say with his hopeful eyes.

Mom continued her playful act, pretending to search the room like a detective. “Hmm… I wonder where all the food went!” she said while looking around suspiciously.
Dad, who was sitting nearby, couldn’t stop laughing at Mom’s performance. Her dramatic reaction made the whole moment feel like a comedy show.
CUTIS looked a little embarrassed but quickly switched strategies. He hugged Mom’s leg and gave her the sweetest puppy-like eyes he could manage. Then he clapped his hands softly, as if politely begging.
Mom tried to stay serious, but it was impossible. CUTIS was simply too adorable.
Finally, she burst into laughter and handed him a small pack of his favorite snack. CUTIS immediately cheered and happily held the treat like he had just won a big prize.
Dad laughed again and said, “Looks like CUTIS knows exactly how to win!”
