One peaceful morning, the baby monkey noticed Dad quietly getting ready to leave the house. Dad looked unusually mysterious. He picked up a small bag, glanced around, and began walking toward a path behind the house.
The curious baby monkey immediately became interested.
“Where is Dad going?” he seemed to wonder.
Without making a sound, the little monkey followed behind him. It carefully hid whenever Dad looked back, then continued following as soon as the path was clear.
Dad walked farther than usual, passing trees, bushes, and a small garden. The baby monkey became more and more curious. Every few steps, it stopped to look around before hurrying after Dad.
Finally, Dad reached a quiet place hidden behind several trees.
The baby monkey peeked around a bush and suddenly froze.
It could hardly believe its eyes!
Dad had prepared a beautiful little surprise just for him. There was a small play area surrounded by colorful decorations, fresh fruit, and several fun toys. Dad had secretly spent time preparing everything while the baby monkey was not watching.
The little monkey’s eyes grew wide with excitement.
Dad turned around and smiled.
“Surprise!”
The baby monkey immediately ran toward him. It jumped around happily, looking at every part of the secret place. First, it discovered a colorful ball. Then it found a little climbing structure and quickly began exploring.
Dad laughed as the baby monkey rushed from one activity to another.
“You really like it, don’t you?” Dad asked.
The little monkey seemed to answer with excited squeaks before running back to give Dad a warm hug.
Dad had one more surprise. He opened his small bag and pulled out the baby monkey’s favorite fruit.
The little monkey stared at it in disbelief before happily accepting the treat.
Dad sat nearby and watched as his little friend enjoyed the special adventure. The baby monkey occasionally looked back at him, almost as if saying thank you.
After playing for a long time, the little monkey finally became tired. It climbed into Dad’s arms and rested against his chest.
Dad gently hugged it.
The secret trip had turned into a beautiful memory they would both treasure.
