One sunny morning, LYLY woke up feeling cheerful and ready for another fun day at home. Her mother had gone out early to buy groceries and promised to return soon. LYLY waved goodbye happily, never imagining that a small problem was waiting for her.
After playing with her toys, LYLY suddenly realized that she needed a fresh diaper. She hurried to the usual place where her mother kept them, but when she opened the basket, her smile quickly disappeared.
It was completely empty!
LYLY froze for a moment. She checked under the table, behind the curtains, and even inside a little box near her bed. Nothing! Not a single diaper remained.
“Oh no! What am I going to do?” LYLY worried.
She became more and more flustered as she searched around the house. She tried calling for her mother, but of course, Mom was still away. LYLY paced back and forth, hugging her favorite toy while trying to think of a solution.
Then LYLY remembered something her mother had always taught her: “When you have a problem, don’t panic. Take a deep breath and think carefully.”
LYLY closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Suddenly, she remembered seeing a small bag in the storage cabinet. Maybe there was something useful inside!
She carefully opened the cabinet and found an emergency bag that her mother had prepared long ago. To LYLY’s surprise, there were several clean diapers inside!
LYLY jumped with joy. “Hooray! Mom thought of everything!”
Just then, her mother returned home carrying bags of groceries. She was surprised to see LYLY smiling proudly beside the emergency bag.
LYLY excitedly explained how she had run out of diapers and searched everywhere before remembering her mother’s advice.
Mom smiled warmly and gave LYLY a big hug. “I’m so proud of you, LYLY. You didn’t give up, and you solved the problem calmly.”
From that day on, LYLY learned an important lesson: even when Mom is away and a problem seems scary, staying calm and thinking carefully can help you find the answer.
And of course, Mom immediately bought a big new supply of diapers—just in case!
