One peaceful afternoon, CUTIS and Baby Yen Như were spending time at home when their parents suddenly had to leave for a while. Before leaving, Mom reminded everyone to stay safe and take good care of each other.
Yen Nhi immediately stepped forward with a big smile. “Don’t worry, Mom and Dad! I’ll take care of CUTIS and Baby Yen Như!”
As soon as the parents left, Yen Nhi became the little caretaker of the house. She first checked on Baby Yen Như, who was sitting comfortably and looking around curiously. Yen Nhi gently fixed the baby’s clothes and made sure everything was comfortable.
Then she turned toward CUTIS.
CUTIS was busy playing and seemed to have completely forgotten about everything else. Yen Nhi laughed and said, “CUTIS, you need to help me take care of Baby Yen Như!”
CUTIS looked at her and seemed to understand. He carefully sat beside the baby and watched over her. Yen Nhi was delighted to see them together.
A little later, Baby Yen Như started getting fussy. Yen Nhi quickly picked up her favorite toy and gently shook it in front of her. “Look, Baby! Look at this!” she said cheerfully.
Baby Yen Như immediately stopped crying and reached for the toy. CUTIS watched the adorable moment and became curious too. Soon, all three were sitting together, playing happily.
Yen Nhi then decided it was snack time. She prepared some fruit and carefully gave small pieces to CUTIS while making sure Baby Yen Như stayed safe nearby.
Everything seemed perfect until CUTIS suddenly tried to grab a piece of fruit that was much too big!
“CUTIS! Slow down!” Yen Nhi laughed as she gently took it away and gave him a smaller piece.
By the time the parents returned, Yen Nhi had successfully kept everyone happy and safe. Mom and Dad were amazed when they saw CUTIS and Baby Yen Như peacefully spending time beside her.
“You did such a wonderful job!” Mom said proudly.
Yen Nhi smiled from ear to ear. CUTIS happily sat beside her, while Baby Yen Như reached out for her hand.
It was such a sweet family moment—and everyone agreed that Yen Nhi was an amazing little helper! ❤️🐒👶
