When little Buem fell sick, the whole family grew worried. Usually playful and full of energy, Buem now lay quietly, refusing his favorite snacks and barely moving. Mom gently checked his temperature and knew right away that he needed rest—and most importantly, healthy food to regain his strength. Seeing this, CUTIS became unusually serious. He wanted to help.
Early the next morning, Mom prepared a shopping basket and invited CUTIS to come along to the market. Determined to do his part, CUTIS nodded eagerly. On the way, he stayed close to Mom, as if he understood just how important this trip was for Buem.
At the market, CUTIS carefully watched as Mom picked out fresh vegetables and fruits. Bright carrots, leafy greens, sweet bananas, and ripe apples filled the basket. CUTIS even tried to help by pointing at items he thought looked fresh and healthy. When Mom picked up some oranges, CUTIS clapped happily, remembering how much Buem loved their juicy sweetness.
They also stopped by a stall selling rice and soup ingredients. Mom explained that warm, soft food would be easier for Buem to eat while he was sick. CUTIS listened attentively, occasionally tilting his head as if learning something new. He even carried a small bag himself, proudly helping Mom with the groceries.
Once they returned home, Mom began preparing a nutritious meal. CUTIS stayed by her side, watching closely and occasionally handing her ingredients. Together, they made a simple but healthy dish—warm vegetable soup with soft rice and slices of fresh fruit on the side.
When it was time to feed Buem, CUTIS gently approached him. With soft gestures and caring eyes, he encouraged Buem to eat. Slowly but surely, Buem began to take small bites. Seeing this, CUTIS’s face lit up with relief and joy.
That day, CUTIS proved that even small acts of care can make a big difference. With love, patience, and teamwork, he helped Mom bring comfort and healing to little Buem.
