Babysitter CUTIS: A Chaotic Day Caring for Baby Ducks and Buem

It was supposed to be an easy day. CUTIS had proudly agreed to babysit little Buem while Mom stepped out for a few hours. “How hard could it be?” he thought, puffing up his chest with confidence. But he quickly realized he had forgotten one very important detail—today, he wasn’t just watching Buem. He was also in charge of a flock of energetic baby ducks!

The trouble began the moment Mom left. Buem started giggling and crawling toward the ducks, who were already waddling around the yard in every direction. CUTIS tried to gather them into one spot, but every time he picked one up, two more would escape. The ducks quacked loudly, Buem squealed with delight, and CUTIS spun in circles trying to keep up.

Things got even more chaotic when Buem decided it was feeding time. He grabbed a handful of duck feed and tossed it everywhere. Within seconds, the ducks rushed in, flapping their tiny wings and bumping into each other. CUTIS slipped on the scattered feed and nearly fell, catching himself just in time while holding Buem in one arm.

Just when he thought he had things under control, Buem crawled straight into a puddle. Splash! Water went everywhere, soaking his clothes and making the ducks even more excited. CUTIS sighed, trying to clean Buem while also shooing the ducks away, but they kept coming back, curious and noisy.

By the time Mom returned, the yard looked like a disaster zone. Feathers were scattered, the ground was messy, and CUTIS was exhausted, sitting on the grass with Buem happily clapping beside him. The ducks, now calm, gathered quietly as if nothing had happened.

Mom couldn’t help but laugh at the scene. Despite the chaos, Buem was safe, the ducks were happy, and CUTIS had done his best. Tired but smiling, CUTIS realized that babysitting wasn’t as easy as he thought—but it was definitely an adventure he would never forget.
