OMG! Abu Is in Trouble Because He Farted! What Should Mom Do!

One quiet afternoon, Abu was happily playing around the house with his toys. Mom was busy preparing a delicious meal in the kitchen while keeping an eye on him. Everything seemed perfectly normal until Abu suddenly made a funny face.

Then, a very strange sound came from behind him.

Pffft!

Abu froze.

He looked around nervously, hoping nobody had heard it. But Mom immediately turned around from the kitchen and looked at him with a surprised expression.

“Abu! What was that?” Mom asked.

Abu became embarrassed and quickly tried to walk away as if nothing had happened. Unfortunately, the funny smell soon gave away his secret. Mom realized exactly what had happened and couldn’t help but laugh.

Abu covered his face with his hands. He was clearly embarrassed and didn’t know what to do.

Mom walked over and gently reassured him. “It’s okay, Abu. Everyone farts sometimes!”

Abu looked up at Mom, still feeling shy.

Mom explained that passing gas is a normal part of digestion. However, she also reminded him that if he needed to fart, it was better to move somewhere private when possible instead of doing it around other people.

Abu nodded seriously. He promised to remember Mom’s advice.

But just when everything seemed calm, Abu suddenly made another funny sound!

Pffft!

Mom started laughing, and Abu couldn’t hold back his laughter either. Soon, both of them were laughing together.

Afterward, Mom asked Abu how his stomach felt. Abu said he felt fine, but Mom reminded him to tell her if he had stomach pain, felt sick, or had other unusual symptoms.

To make the moment even more fun, Mom helped Abu wash his hands and freshen up. Then they returned to the kitchen to finish preparing their meal.

Abu had learned an important lesson that day: sometimes embarrassing things happen, and there is no need to panic or feel ashamed. What matters is staying clean, being considerate of others, and telling Mom when something doesn’t feel right.

By the end of the afternoon, Abu was back to his cheerful self. Mom smiled and said, “Next time, Abu, try to find a private place!”

Abu nodded—and everyone burst into laughter again.
