Abu was having a busy morning at home when he noticed that Mom had a lot of work to do. She needed to take care of the baby monkey while also preparing a delicious lunch for the family. Seeing Mom moving back and forth between the kitchen and the baby, Abu decided that he should help.
First, Abu carefully went over to the baby monkey. The little one was becoming restless and needed some attention. Abu gently played with the baby and kept it entertained while Mom prepared the ingredients in the kitchen. The baby monkey seemed happy to have Abu nearby and quickly became calmer.
Mom smiled when she saw how helpful Abu was being.
After making sure the baby was comfortable, Abu went into the kitchen to see what Mom was preparing. There were fresh vegetables, meat, and other ingredients waiting on the counter. Abu was curious and wanted to help with the cooking too.
Mom showed Abu some simple tasks he could safely do. Abu helped bring ingredients to the kitchen and carefully passed them to Mom. He also helped arrange some vegetables while Mom handled the cooking.
Soon, the kitchen became filled with the delicious smell of lunch. Abu looked excited and kept checking the food, but he patiently waited for Mom to finish. Every now and then, he returned to check on the baby monkey and make sure everything was okay.
Mom was impressed by Abu’s helpful attitude. Instead of playing by himself, he had chosen to help his family. He showed that even small tasks could make a big difference when everyone worked together.
Finally, the delicious lunch was ready. Mom served the food while Abu helped prepare the table. The baby monkey stayed nearby, watching everything with curiosity.
After all the work was finished, the family sat together and enjoyed the meal. Abu looked very proud of himself. Mom thanked him for helping take care of the baby and assisting with lunch.
Abu realized that helping Mom could be just as rewarding as playing. He had made Mom’s busy morning much easier, and he had also learned how important teamwork and kindness could be.
