Monkey Lyly misunderstood that her mother was crying so she did something wonderful.

One quiet afternoon, Monkey Lyly was playing happily near the house when she suddenly heard a strange sound coming from inside. It sounded like someone was crying. Curious and worried, Lyly quickly stopped what she was doing and followed the sound.

When she entered the room, she saw her mother sitting quietly with tears in her eyes. Lyly immediately became concerned. She thought something terrible must have happened to her mother. Without asking many questions, she rushed over and gently hugged her.

โ€œMom, please don’t cry,โ€ Lyly seemed to say as she tried her best to comfort her mother. She carefully wiped away her mother’s tears and stayed beside her. Her sweet reaction showed just how much she loved her.

Lyly then decided that simply giving her mother a hug wasn’t enough. She wanted to do something wonderful to make her mother smile again. She looked around the house and thought carefully about what might cheer her up.

First, Lyly helped clean up the room. She picked up the scattered things and put them neatly in their places. Then she went to the kitchen and helped prepare a small snack. She worked carefully, hoping to surprise her mother.

After finishing everything, Lyly proudly brought the snack to her mother. She even found some beautiful flowers and placed them beside the plate. Her mother looked at the thoughtful surprise and couldn’t help but smile.

But then Lyly discovered the truth. Her mother wasn’t actually crying because she was sad. She had simply been wiping her eyes after cutting onions in the kitchen! Lyly looked surprised when she realized her mistake.

Everyone laughed at the funny misunderstanding, but her mother was deeply touched by Lyly’s kindness. Even though Lyly had misunderstood the situation, she had shown incredible love and care.

Her mother hugged Lyly tightly and thanked her for being such a thoughtful little monkey. Lyly smiled proudly, happy that her wonderful surprise had made her mother feel loved.

That day, Lyly learned that sometimes we may misunderstand what is happening, but a caring heart can still lead us to do something beautiful. Her innocent mistake turned into one of the sweetest moments she and her mother would remember.
