One sunny morning, little Monkey Lyly woke up full of excitement. The weather was hot, and she immediately thought about her favorite activity: swimming! After eating breakfast, Lyly rushed outside and asked her mother if she could go swimming in the pool.
Her mother smiled but gently reminded her, “Lyly, you can swim later, but please finish your little chores first. And remember, you must never swim without me watching you.”
Lyly nodded her head, pretending to understand. However, she was so excited about swimming that she quickly forgot her mother’s words. As soon as her mother went inside to prepare lunch, Lyly sneaked toward the swimming pool with her favorite toy.
Without wasting any time, Lyly jumped into the water and began splashing happily. She kicked her little feet, played with her toy, and laughed with excitement. She loved the cool water so much that she didn’t want to leave the pool.
After a while, her mother came outside and was shocked to discover that Lyly was swimming alone. “Lyly! Didn’t I tell you to wait for me?” her mother called worriedly.
Lyly stopped playing and looked at her mother with an innocent expression. She knew she had made a mistake, but she still wanted to continue swimming. Her mother explained that swimming without supervision could be dangerous, even for a little monkey who loved the water.
Unfortunately, Lyly ignored her mother’s advice again and continued splashing around. Suddenly, she slipped while trying to reach her floating toy and became frightened. Fortunately, her mother was right beside the pool and immediately helped her get out safely.
Lyly hugged her mother tightly, realizing how serious her mistake had been. Her mother comforted her and explained that rules were meant to protect her, not stop her from having fun.
In the end, Lyly sincerely apologized and promised to listen carefully next time. After resting, she returned to the pool with her mother watching over her. Together, they played safely in the cool water, laughing and enjoying the beautiful afternoon.
From that day on, Monkey Lyly learned an important lesson: having fun is wonderful, but listening to Mom and staying safe are always more important! ❤️🐵💦
