Monkey Lyly Is Jealous Because Her Mother Doesn’t Hug Her to Sleep

One peaceful evening, little Monkey Lyly was getting ready for bedtime. After playing all day, she felt sleepy and wanted nothing more than to cuddle with her beloved mother. Every night, Lyly loved being wrapped in her mother’s warm arms because it made her feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

When Lyly climbed onto the bed, she noticed that her mother was busy hugging another little one while gently patting them to sleep. Lyly stopped and stared with wide, curious eyes. She waited patiently, hoping her mother would turn around and invite her into a warm hug too. But her mother was still busy helping the other little one fall asleep.

Poor Lyly began to feel jealous. She crossed her arms, made a funny little face, and turned away as if she were very angry. She couldn’t understand why her mother wasn’t hugging her like usual. After all, Lyly believed she deserved the biggest cuddle every night!

Trying to get her mother’s attention, Lyly slowly moved closer and sat beside her. She gently touched her mother’s arm, hoping to remind her that she was waiting. However, her mother asked her to be patient for just a little longer. Lyly looked disappointed and hugged her own little pillow instead.

Her mother noticed Lyly’s sad expression and couldn’t help smiling at her adorable reaction. Once the other little one was comfortable and nearly asleep, she turned toward Lyly and opened her arms. At first, Lyly pretended not to care. She looked away and held her pillow tightly, acting as though she didn’t want a hug anymore.

But when her mother softly called her name, Lyly immediately turned around! She hurried into her mother’s arms and snuggled against her chest. Her jealous expression quickly disappeared, replaced by the sweetest, happiest smile.

Her mother gently hugged Lyly, stroked her head, and whispered comforting words. Lyly finally felt loved and relaxed, closing her eyes as she listened to her mother’s peaceful breathing.

That night, Lyly learned that even when Mom couldn’t hug her immediately, it didn’t mean Mom loved her any less. With one final cuddle and a gentle kiss, little Lyly drifted into a beautiful sleep, dreaming happily beside the mother she loved so much. โค๏ธ๐Ÿต
