One quiet morning, Abu noticed that his mother was not feeling well. She looked tired and weak, and she did not have the energy to do her usual household activities. Abu became very worried when he realized that his mother was seriously ill.
Instead of playing outside like he normally did, Abu decided to stay by his mother’s side. He gently helped her lie down comfortably and brought her a blanket to keep her warm. He knew that his mother always took care of him, so now he wanted to do everything he could to take care of her.
First, Abu went to the kitchen and prepared a glass of fresh water for his mother. He carefully carried it to her and reminded her to drink slowly. Then he looked around the kitchen and decided to prepare something simple for her to eat. Although Abu was not an experienced cook, he tried his best to make a warm and healthy meal.
After preparing the food, Abu carefully brought it to his mother. She smiled weakly and thanked him for being so thoughtful. Abu felt happy that he could make her a little more comfortable.
Throughout the day, Abu continued helping his mother. He cleaned the room, organized some things around the house, and made sure she had everything she needed nearby. Whenever his mother called for him, Abu quickly came running.
At one point, Abu noticed that his mother looked uncomfortable. He gently adjusted her blanket and stayed beside her until she felt better. He didn’t complain or become impatient. Instead, he remained calm and caring.
His mother was touched by Abu’s kindness. She told him how proud she was of him and thanked him for taking such good care of her.
By the evening, Abu was tired from all his work, but he was happy because he had spent the day helping his mother. He realized that caring for someone you love is one of the most meaningful things you can do.
Abu’s actions showed that even a little monkey can have a very big heart. His love and kindness made a difficult day much brighter for his sick mother.
