Baby Monkey Ri Ri woke up one morning and immediately noticed something was different. Dad wasn’t around. Usually, Dad was nearby to help her, play with her, and remind her what she should and shouldn’t do. But today, Ri Ri was all alone.
At first, Ri Ri looked around the house, hoping Dad would suddenly appear. She checked his usual places and waited patiently, but there was no sign of him. Without Dad watching over her, Ri Ri had to decide what she would do.
For a moment, Ri Ri became curious about all the things she normally wasn’t allowed to touch. She looked at the snacks on the table and thought about taking one without asking. Then she remembered Dad’s advice about being patient and asking for permission.
Ri Ri sighed and walked away.
Soon, she noticed a few toys scattered around the room. Normally, she would leave them everywhere after playing, expecting Dad to clean up later. But this time, she decided to do something different. She carefully picked up each toy and put it back where it belonged.

Later, she became a little bored and wanted to go outside. She wondered whether she should sneak away without telling anyone. However, she remembered that Dad always told her to stay safe and never leave without permission.
Instead of making trouble, Ri Ri stayed close to home and found something useful to do. She helped tidy up, organized her toys, and patiently waited for Dad to return.
As the day passed, Ri Ri began to realize that being a good kid wasn’t about having Dad watching every second. It was about making good choices even when nobody was there to remind her.
Finally, Dad came home. Ri Ri ran toward him excitedly and gave him a big hug. Dad was surprised to see how responsible she had been.
Ri Ri proudly showed him the clean room and her neatly organized toys. Dad smiled and praised her for being patient, careful, and helpful.
Ri Ri learned an important lesson that day. Even when Dad wasn’t around, she could still make smart choices and behave well.
