One bright morning, baby monkey Xuka woke up earlier than usual. His father had already left the house to do some work in the nearby village, leaving Xuka feeling a little lonely. Normally, the playful little monkey spent most of his day following his father around, climbing trees, and exploring the garden together.
Without his father nearby, the house felt unusually quiet.
Xuka slowly sat near the front door, hugging his tiny pillow while staring down the road, hoping his father would return soon. Seeing the sad expression on his face, the family decided to cheer him up with a special surprise.
While Xuka was distracted watching birds in the yard, Mom quietly prepared a colorful gift box and placed it behind the sofa. Inside the box was a tiny blue outfit, a soft toy banana, and a small cap that perfectly matched Xuka’s size.
A few minutes later, Mom called softly, “Xuka, come here!”
Curious, the little monkey quickly ran inside. The moment he spotted the bright gift box, his eyes became wide with excitement. He tilted his head and carefully touched the ribbon, wondering what was hidden inside.
Everyone gathered around, smiling warmly.
Xuka slowly opened the box and gasped happily when he saw the adorable presents. He immediately grabbed the toy banana and hugged it tightly before trying on the tiny cap. The family burst into laughter because the hat looked both cute and slightly too big for his little head.
But the funniest moment came when Xuka discovered the blue outfit.
Instead of wearing it properly, he accidentally put both legs into one sleeve and became tangled inside the clothes. He rolled onto the floor trying to escape while everyone laughed gently at his silly struggle.
Soon, Mom helped dress him correctly, and Xuka proudly walked around the house like a little model showing off his new clothes.
Later that evening, when Father finally returned home, he was surprised to see Xuka happily waiting at the door wearing his new outfit. The little monkey jumped into his father’s arms proudly, excited to show off the wonderful surprise gift he had received.
