It started like any ordinary morning—quiet, calm, and predictable. Dad was enjoying his coffee, flipping through the newspaper, while the house slowly came to life. But peace never lasts long when CUTIS is around.
With wide eyes and unstoppable excitement, CUTIS burst into the room, holding something tightly behind his back. His face was glowing with pride, like he had just made the discovery of the century.
“Dad! You won’t believe what I found!” he exclaimed.
Dad lowered his cup, already suspicious. CUTIS had a history of turning “amazing discoveries” into unexpected chaos. Still, curiosity got the better of him.
“What is it this time?” Dad asked carefully.
With dramatic flair, CUTIS revealed his “treasure”—a strange, muddy object that looked like it had been dug up from the backyard. It was oddly shaped, covered in dirt, and… slightly moving?
Dad blinked. Once. Twice.
“Uh… CUTIS… why is it moving?”
CUTIS leaned closer, whispering as if sharing a top-secret mission. “I think it’s a rare creature. Maybe even a baby dinosaur!”
Dad nearly dropped his coffee.
Before he could respond, the “object” suddenly wriggled free and plopped onto the floor, revealing itself to be a very confused, very dirty little turtle. It slowly began crawling across the living room, leaving tiny muddy tracks behind.
CUTIS gasped in awe. “See?! I told you it was special!”
Dad, on the other hand, was completely lost. “Where did you even find this?! And why is it in the house?!”
But the chaos didn’t stop there.
Mom walked in, froze at the sight of the muddy trail, and let out a loud sigh. Meanwhile, the turtle continued its slow but determined journey under the couch, making rescue even more complicated.
CUTIS followed it eagerly, narrating the entire “adventure,” while Dad stood in the middle of the room, utterly confused, trying to process how his peaceful morning had turned into a wildlife rescue mission.
In just a few minutes, CUTIS had managed to turn a simple discovery into total chaos—and Dad still had no idea what was going on.
