One beautiful morning, Monkey Lyly woke up much earlier than usual. The sun was just beginning to rise, and the forest was still quiet. As she stretched and looked around, she noticed that her mother was still sleeping peacefully after a long day of caring for the family.
Lyly remembered how hard her mother worked every day. She always made sure everyone had food to eat, a safe place to rest, and plenty of love. Wanting to show her gratitude, Lyly decided to do something special.
“I want to make breakfast for Mom today,” Lyly whispered to herself.
Carefully, she tiptoed out of the house so she wouldn’t wake her mother. She gathered some fresh bananas, sweet berries, and a few vegetables from the garden nearby. Lyly carried everything back in a small basket, feeling excited about her surprise.
In the kitchen, Lyly got to work. She washed the fruits and vegetables carefully and arranged them neatly on a plate. Then she prepared a simple but delicious breakfast. Although she was still young, she worked very hard to make everything look perfect.
As the wonderful smell of fresh food filled the house, Lyly smiled proudly. She placed the breakfast on the table and added a small flower she had picked from the garden. It was a simple touch, but it made the meal look even more special.
Soon, Mother Monkey woke up and walked into the kitchen. She was surprised to see the beautifully prepared breakfast waiting for her.
“Lyly, did you do all of this?” her mother asked with wide eyes.
Lyly nodded shyly. “You take care of me every day, Mom. Today I wanted to take care of you.”
For a moment, Mother Monkey could not speak. She was deeply touched by her daughter’s kindness and thoughtfulness. Her eyes filled with happy tears as she hugged Lyly tightly.
“Thank you, my sweet child,” she said softly. “This is the most wonderful breakfast I’ve ever received.”
The two sat together and enjoyed the meal while talking and laughing. That morning became a precious memory for both of them. Lyly learned that even small acts of love can mean the world to someone, and her mother felt proud to have such a caring and filial daughter. ❤️🐵🍌🌸
