It was a warm afternoon, and little monkey Lyly had been having the time of her life playing in the garden. She chased butterflies, rolled in the grass, and even climbed her favorite little tree near the house. By the time she finished her adventures, she was covered in dirt from head to toe and wearing a huge smile.
But suddenly, Lyly stopped playing and looked down with a worried expression.
“Oh no…” her face seemed to say.
Her diaper needed changing.
Usually, Lyly’s mom helped her with these things, but today Mom was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. Seeing Lyly’s uncomfortable expression, the cameraman kindly offered to help while Mom finished cooking.
The moment Lyly realized what was happening, her cheeks seemed to turn bright pink. She quickly covered her face with her tiny hands and shook her head.
“No, no, no!” she appeared to protest.
Lyly was simply too embarrassed. She didn’t want the cameraman to help her change her diaper. She hid behind a chair, peeked around the corner, and even wrapped herself in a small blanket as if it could make her invisible.
The cameraman laughed gently and stepped back, giving her some space.
A few moments later, Lyly’s mom came over and immediately understood the situation. She smiled warmly and carried Lyly to her room where they could have privacy.
Within minutes, Lyly returned wearing a fresh diaper and a clean outfit decorated with little strawberries. Her embarrassment quickly disappeared, and she happily showed off her new clothes with a proud little twirl.
The cameraman clapped and told her she looked wonderful.
Lyly giggled, covering her face again—but this time it wasn’t from embarrassment.
It was because she was happy.
Soon she was back in the garden, chasing butterflies once more as if nothing had happened at all.
