When Mom had to leave home for an important errand, little Monkey Lala was given a very special responsibility—taking care of the baby. Although Lala was still young, she was determined to prove that she could handle the job all by herself.
As soon as Mom left, the baby began to wiggle and make tiny sounds. Lala quickly rushed over to check on the little one. She gently patted the baby’s back and smiled warmly. The baby seemed happy and relaxed, which made Lala feel proud of her new role.
Throughout the morning, Lala stayed close to the baby. She carefully brought the baby’s favorite blanket and tucked it around the tiny monkey. Whenever the baby looked restless, Lala would entertain him with funny faces and playful dances. The baby laughed happily, filling the room with cheerful sounds.
Later, it was snack time. Lala remembered exactly what Mom had prepared. She carefully brought the baby a small portion of fruit and sat nearby to make sure everything went smoothly. The baby enjoyed every bite while Lala watched attentively like a responsible big sister.
After lunch, the baby started feeling sleepy. Lala gently rocked him and softly hummed a soothing tune. It took a little patience, but soon the baby drifted off to sleep. Lala quietly sat beside him, making sure he stayed comfortable and safe.
While the baby napped, Lala cleaned up the toys scattered around the room. She wanted Mom to return to a tidy house. Every now and then, she peeked at the sleeping baby to make sure everything was fine.
Finally, Mom returned home. She was amazed to find the baby smiling, the room clean, and Lala sitting proudly beside her little sibling. Mom thanked Lala for doing such a wonderful job.
Lala beamed with happiness. Taking care of the baby had been a big responsibility, but she had handled it with love, patience, and care. From that day on, everyone knew that Monkey Lala could always be trusted when her family needed help.
