“Monkey Lyly Was Overjoyed Because Her Mother Had Brought a Surprise on the Rooftop”
Early in the morning, Monkey Lyly woke up feeling curious because her mother kept smiling mysteriously. Usually, her mother would prepare breakfast first, but today she whispered, “Lyly, I have a special surprise waiting for you upstairs.”
Lyly’s eyes grew wide with excitement. “A surprise? On the rooftop?” she asked happily while jumping around.
Her mother nodded and gently held Lyly’s hand as they climbed the stairs together. Lyly’s little heart beat faster with every step. She tried guessing what it could be, but her mother simply laughed and said, “You’ll see soon.”
When they finally reached the rooftop, Lyly stopped in complete amazement.
The plain rooftop had been transformed into a beautiful little garden playground. Colorful balloons floated in the air, tiny flower pots lined the walls, and sparkling ribbons danced in the breeze. In the center stood a small table filled with Lyly’s favorite fruits, cakes, and sweet juices.
“Wowww!” Lyly shouted excitedly.
But the biggest surprise was still waiting. Near the corner of the rooftop was a tiny wooden swing decorated with flowers and fairy lights. It had been handmade carefully by her mother just for her.
Lyly could hardly believe her eyes. She ran toward the swing and hugged her mother tightly. “Mom, this is the best surprise ever!” she said with tears of happiness shining in her eyes.
Her mother smiled warmly. “You’ve been such a good girl lately, helping me every day. I wanted to make something special to thank you.”
Lyly happily sat on the swing while her mother gently pushed her back and forth. The cool morning wind brushed through her soft fur as she laughed louder than ever before. Birds chirped nearby, making the rooftop feel magical and peaceful.
Soon, some of Lyly’s little animal friends came to visit. Together they played games, shared fruit, and took turns on the beautiful swing. Everyone admired how loving and thoughtful Lyly’s mother was.
As the sun slowly began to set, Lyly sat beside her mother under the glowing sky. She leaned softly against her and whispered, “I’ll never forget this happiest day.”
Her mother kissed her forehead lovingly, and the rooftop remained filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
