It was a peaceful afternoon when Baby Monkey was happily playing near the house. She had been running around, exploring every corner, and enjoying her favorite toys. Everything seemed normal—until suddenly, she stopped playing.
Baby Monkey began scratching her arm.
At first, Dad didn’t think much of it. But within a few minutes, she started scratching again and again. She looked uncomfortable and became increasingly restless.
“Hmm… what’s wrong, little one?” Dad asked gently.
Baby Monkey looked at her arm, then at Dad. She scratched again before suddenly running straight toward him.
Dad immediately knew something was bothering her.
He carefully picked her up and examined her little arm. Baby Monkey stayed close to his chest, occasionally scratching and making worried little sounds. Her expression made Dad concerned.
“Don’t worry. Dad is here,” he said softly.
Dad moved to a quiet place and gently checked her fur and skin for anything unusual. He made sure she wasn’t hurting herself and carefully cleaned the area with appropriate care. Baby Monkey watched every movement, trusting Dad completely.
Whenever Dad stopped to check her, she would hold onto his shirt as if asking him not to leave.
Seeing her like that made Dad’s heart melt.
“Are you asking Dad for help?” he asked.
Baby Monkey responded by wrapping her tiny arms around him.
After making sure she was safe, Dad kept her comfortable and watched her closely. He also decided that if the scratching continued or her skin became irritated, he would have her checked by a veterinarian.
Slowly, Baby Monkey began to relax. She stopped scratching for a moment and rested her head against Dad’s shoulder.
Dad smiled with relief.
“You’re such a brave little girl.”
A few minutes later, Baby Monkey became curious again. She looked around, spotted her favorite toy, and reached for it.
Dad laughed. “Already ready to play again?”
Baby Monkey grabbed the toy and gave him an adorable look.
The scary moment had brought them even closer. Baby Monkey knew that whenever something frightened or bothered her, she could always run to Dad.
And Dad knew one thing for sure: no matter what happened, he would always be there to protect his precious little monkey. ❤️🐒
