Early in the morning, Smart Zika woke up full of energy and excitement. The sun was shining brightly over the garden, and the tomato plants were covered with fresh, red tomatoes. Dad smiled as he looked at the healthy vegetables and called out, “Zika, come help me pick tomatoes today!”
Zika quickly ran outside wearing a tiny straw hat and carrying a small basket. The clever little monkey loved helping Dad in the garden, especially when it meant preparing something delicious afterward.
As they walked through the tomato field, Zika carefully checked each plant. He knew exactly which tomatoes were ripe and ready to pick. Some were bright red and shiny, while others were still green. Dad was impressed by how smart and responsible Zika had become.
Nearby, the little Puppy sat quietly under a tree, looking hungry and tired. Zika noticed immediately and asked Dad, “Can we make something tasty for Puppy today?”
Dad nodded warmly. “Of course! Let’s cook stir-fried noodles with fresh tomatoes.”
That made Zika even more excited. He hurried from plant to plant, gently picking the biggest and juiciest tomatoes he could find. His basket slowly filled with beautiful red tomatoes while birds chirped happily around the garden.
After finishing the harvest, Zika proudly carried the basket back to the kitchen. Dad washed the vegetables while Zika helped prepare the ingredients. He handed onions, carrots, and tomatoes to Dad like a tiny professional chef.
Soon, the sound of sizzling noodles filled the kitchen. Dad stir-fried the noodles with fresh vegetables and tomato sauce while Zika carefully mixed everything together with a wooden spoon. The delicious smell drifted through the yard, making Puppy wag its tail excitedly.
Finally, the noodles were ready.
Zika placed the warm plate in front of Puppy with a big smile. The hungry little Puppy quickly began eating, enjoying every bite of the tasty meal. Its tail moved nonstop with happiness.
Dad laughed softly and patted Zika on the head. “You did an amazing job today.”
Zika felt proud and happy knowing his hard work helped make Puppy smile. As they all sat together enjoying the peaceful afternoon, Zika realized that helping others was the sweetest reward of all.
