So Smart ! Cutis Discovers Giant Watermelons & Shows Professional Farming Skills

Cutis was enjoying a peaceful walk around the family farm when something unusual caught his attention. Hidden beneath a blanket of large green leaves was a patch of enormous watermelons. Their bright stripes peeked through the vines, and they looked much bigger than any fruit Cutis had ever seen. His eyes widened with excitement as he carefully pushed the leaves aside to get a better look.

Instead of rushing over and picking the fruit immediately, the clever little monkey remembered everything Dad had taught him about farming. He knew that harvesting too early could ruin the sweet flavor. Kneeling beside the largest watermelon, Cutis gently tapped the rind and listened carefully. It made a deep, hollow sound—the exact sign Dad had explained meant the fruit was ripe.

Wanting to be absolutely sure, Cutis checked the curly vine nearest the stem. It had turned brown and dry, another sign that the watermelon was ready to harvest. He even examined the creamy yellow spot underneath the fruit, proving it had rested on the ground long enough to become perfectly sweet.

Dad arrived a few moments later and smiled proudly. “You’ve been paying attention,” he said with a laugh. Cutis grinned from ear to ear, happy that his careful observations were correct. Together, they selected the ripest watermelons and gently cut them from the vines without damaging the plants.

The harvest quickly became a fun family activity. They carefully placed each giant watermelon into a wooden cart lined with soft straw to prevent bruises. Although the fruits were heavy, Cutis worked patiently and safely, showing determination far beyond his young age.

Back at the farmhouse, everyone gathered to admire the impressive harvest. Dad sliced open the biggest watermelon, revealing bright red flesh that looked incredibly juicy. The sweet aroma filled the air, and everyone eagerly enjoyed a refreshing slice. The watermelon was delicious, proving that Cutis’s careful farming skills had paid off.

Neighbors who heard about the giant harvest stopped by to congratulate the family. Many were amazed that such a young monkey understood how to judge the perfect harvest time. Dad proudly explained that farming isn’t just about hard work—it also requires patience, observation, and respect for nature.

As the sun set over the fields, Cutis smiled while looking across the healthy watermelon patch. The day had taught him another valuable lesson: true farming success comes from learning, practicing, and caring for every plant. His smart decisions and growing experience made him feel one step closer to becoming a professional farmer, and he couldn’t wait for the next exciting harvest adventure.
