One peaceful morning, Baby Monkey was sitting beside Mom, happily playing with a little toy. She had no idea that something exciting was about to happen.
Mom gently looked at her and smiled.
“From today, we have a special name for you,” Mom said.
Baby Monkey immediately stopped playing and looked curious.
Dad walked over with a big smile. “Are you ready to hear it?”
Baby Monkey tilted her head from side to side, as if she were trying to understand what everyone was talking about.
Mom laughed softly.
“Your new name is… BOBO!”
Baby Monkey froze.
“Bobo?”
She looked at Mom.
Then she looked at Dad.
Then she pointed at herself with the cutest confused expression, almost as if she were asking, “Me?”
Everyone burst into laughter.
Mom repeated, “Yes! BOBO!”
Baby Monkey blinked several times before slowly touching her chest.
“Bobo?” she seemed to ask again.
Dad nodded enthusiastically. “That’s right! You’re our little Bobo!”
Suddenly, Baby Monkey became very excited. She started bouncing around, clapping her tiny hands and making happy little sounds.
“Bobo! Bobo!”
Mom couldn’t stop smiling as she watched her adorable reaction.
But Baby Monkey wasn’t completely convinced yet. Whenever Dad called, “Bobo!” she would turn around quickly and look behind her, searching for another monkey.
Dad laughed. “No, little one! I mean YOU!”
Baby Monkey looked surprised again.
After a few more calls, she finally understood. Whenever someone said “Bobo,” everyone looked at her.
She proudly stood up and puffed out her little chest.
“BOBO!”
Mom gave her a big hug.
“That’s our sweet Bobo!”
Baby Monkey cuddled into Mom’s arms, clearly enjoying all the attention. She seemed to love hearing her new name.
Later that afternoon, Mom called her from the kitchen.
“Bobo, come here!”
Baby Monkey immediately ran over.
Dad laughed. “Wow! She already knows her name!”
Mom smiled proudly. “Our little Bobo learns so quickly.”
From that day forward, the whole family lovingly called her Bobo. Every time she heard her new name, she gave the same adorable reaction—a curious head tilt, a tiny smile, and a happy little bounce.
