It started as a beautiful morning, and Lala was excited to spend the day playing in the garden with her family. She happily watered the flowers, picked a few fresh vegetables, and chased colorful butterflies across the yard. Her cheerful laughter filled the air, and everyone enjoyed seeing her so energetic and full of life.
As the afternoon sun grew warmer, Lala began to feel unusually tired. She sat quietly under a tree instead of joining the others. Mom noticed that Lala looked pale and wasn’t smiling like she usually did. When she gently touched Lala’s forehead, she realized it felt much warmer than normal.
Concerned, Mom asked Lala how she was feeling. Lala softly replied that she had a headache and felt dizzy. She also didn’t have the appetite to eat her favorite fruit. Dad quickly came over, and together they decided it was best to take her to the hospital to make sure everything was okay.
The family carefully helped Lala into the car and drove to the nearest hospital. During the ride, Mom held Lala’s hand and comforted her with kind words. Although Lala was a little scared, seeing her parents stay calm helped her feel much better.
When they arrived, the doctors and nurses welcomed them warmly. After checking Lala’s temperature, listening to her heartbeat, and asking a few questions, the doctor explained that she had become dehydrated and had a mild viral illness after spending too much time playing in the hot weather without drinking enough water. Fortunately, it was nothing serious, but she needed rest, fluids, and careful monitoring.
Lala stayed at the hospital for a short time while the nurses gave her the care she needed. Soon she began feeling stronger, and her bright smile slowly returned. Mom brought her favorite blanket, while Dad read funny stories that made her laugh again.
After a day of rest, the doctor happily told the family that Lala was healthy enough to go home. Before leaving, the doctor reminded everyone to drink plenty of water, eat nutritious meals, and take breaks when playing outside on hot days.
Back at home, Lala thanked her parents for taking such good care of her. The experience taught her that staying healthy is just as important as having fun, and she promised to always listen to her body and take good care of herself.
