What’s happening to Lyly? Monkey Lyly was excited to play in the rain and the ending…

One cloudy afternoon, dark gray clouds slowly filled the sky. The wind began to whisper through the trees, and soon, tiny drops of rain started to fall. While everyone hurried inside to stay dry, little Monkey Lyly felt a burst of excitement. She loved the rain more than anything!

“Rain! Rain!” Lyly clapped her hands and ran outside before anyone could stop her. The cool drops touched her fur, making her giggle with joy. She jumped into puddles, splashed water everywhere, and spun around happily under the falling rain.

At first, it was pure fun. Lyly danced, laughed, and chased the raindrops as if they were tiny friends. But as time passed, the rain grew heavier. The wind became stronger, and the air turned colder. Still, Lyly didn’t want to stop. She was having too much fun to notice anything else.

Suddenly, Lyly sneezed. “Achoo!” She paused for a moment, rubbing her nose, but then continued playing. A few minutes later, another sneeze came, and this time she felt a little shiver run through her body. The cold was slowly catching up to her.

From the window, Mom noticed everything. Worried, she rushed outside with a warm towel. “Lyly! You’ve been out too long!” she said gently, wrapping Lyly up and carrying her inside.

Now out of the rain, Lyly began to feel tired. Her body was cold, and her playful energy had disappeared. Mom quickly dried her, changed her into warm clothes, and gave her a cup of hot milk.

Later that evening, Lyly lay in bed, sniffling a little but feeling safe and cozy. She looked at Mom with sleepy eyes, realizing she had made a small mistake.

The next day, Lyly felt better, but she remembered the lesson well: playing in the rain can be fun—but only for a short time and with care.

And from that day on, Lyly still loved the rain… just a little more wisely.
